Most sign-in problems are fixed by clearing cookies or refreshing the page.
If sign-in fails or you end up in a redirect loop:
- Clear your browser's cookies for agentsky.dev and try again.
- If the page is stuck, refresh — the sign-in flow resets automatically after a timeout.
- Make sure you use the same provider you signed up with (Google vs email vs GitHub).
- On Mac, click Sign in again — the app uses your browser's existing session. Sign in to agentsky.dev in your browser first.
- If you see "duplicate sign-up", your email is already registered under a different provider — try the other one.

Good to know: the AgentSky sign-in page is hosted by a third-party identity service. If it shows an error code, include it in your support message. Related: Manage your account settings.
