# I can't sign in

**Most sign-in problems are fixed by clearing cookies or refreshing the page.**

If sign-in fails or you end up in a redirect loop:

1. Clear your browser's cookies for agentsky.dev and try again.
2. If the page is stuck, refresh — the sign-in flow resets automatically after a timeout.
3. Make sure you use the same provider you signed up with (Google vs email vs GitHub).
4. On Mac, click Sign in again — the app uses your browser's existing session. Sign in to agentsky.dev in your browser first.
5. If you see "duplicate sign-up", your email is already registered under a different provider — try the other one.

Contact support@agentsky.dev if the issue continues.
