Every chat you start on Mac syncs to your workspace automatically — teammates can see it and you can continue it on the web.
Synced chats appear in your workspace at $0 and are marked as having run on your Mac. There is nothing to set up: sync is on by default.
- Start a chat in the Mac app. It appears in your workspace on the web.
- To continue it on the web, open it and send a message. The chat carries on in the cloud, even if your Mac is offline.
- To stop syncing one chat, open its menu and choose Stop Syncing This Chat.
- To stop syncing everything to a workspace, turn off the switch in Settings › This Mac › Sync.
