Connect WhatsApp by scanning a pairing QR code with the number you want to use. Messages to that number then reach your agent.

  1. Open Plugins and choose the Chat apps filter.
  2. Choose WhatsApp. On the Mac, this continues on the web.
  3. Read the note: pairing links the number as the agent's device, Meta can ban numbers linked this way, and anyone who messages it reaches your agent. Use a spare number.
  4. Choose Show QR. "Waiting for WhatsApp…" stays up until you finish.
  5. On your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan the code.

Where: Plugins, then WhatsApp.

Good to know: this is an unofficial linked-device connection, not the WhatsApp Business API. If pairing stops, show a new QR and try again. To disconnect the number, log the device out under Linked devices in WhatsApp. An agent can start the same pairing with sky plugins add chat:whatsapp. Related: Message your agents from any app, What are connectors?.
