A workspace owner or admin connects your organization's Lark bot once. People in that Lark organization can then use the shared workspace without linking individual AgentSky accounts.
Open the workspace setup
- Select the intended workspace in AgentSky, open Channels, and choose Connect Lark. On the Mac, setup opens in your browser.
- If your company bot is already registered in this AgentSky workspace and appears in setup, choose Connect Lark to reuse it, then finish the connection below.
- Otherwise, use Copy message to ask your agent for setup help, or choose Set up manually. Keep credentials out of the message.
Start from Channels to keep the selected workspace. If you open the setup page directly, check the workspace name before continuing.
Register a company bot manually
- In Lark, open your existing custom app and check that Bot is enabled. Create an app only if you do not already have one.
- In AgentSky, choose Copy permission scopes. In Lark, open Permissions & Scopes › Batch import/export and import those scopes.
- Enter its App ID, App Secret, and Verification token in the setup form, then choose Verify and continue. Enter these only in that form, never in chat or email.
- In Lark, use the Request URL shown by AgentSky, subscribe to
im.message.receive_v1, and publish the app for your organization. - Choose Connect workspace in AgentSky.
Finish the connection
- Select your company app and choose Continue.
- Choose Open connection instructions and Copy code. Send that code once to your company bot as the administrator.
- Wait for Connected. If the code expires, choose Get a new code.
Where: Web or Mac › Channels › Connect Lark. Setup continues in your browser.
Good to know: this is a shared workspace, not a private link to your personal chats. Send /new to start another task. If access is refused, ask a workspace admin; connecting does not give every member billing or admin rights. Related: Message your agents from any app.
