Connect messaging apps so your agents are reachable from your phone or any other device — no browser needed.
Supported apps: iMessage, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp (more available).
- On the web or Mac, find "Message your agents" in the sidebar, or go to Settings.
- Choose an app and follow the setup steps.
- Once connected, send a message in that app to start or continue a chat with your agent.
Where: Web › "Message your agents" row in the sidebar. Mac › Settings › Agents and apps › Connectors.
Good to know: each app connects to a specific agent. Replies appear in the messaging app and are also saved in your workspace so you can see the full history later. To get Mac or phone notifications without a messaging app, see Get notified when an agent finishes.
