Get notified when an agent finishes

AgentSky notifies you when a task is done or when the agent needs your input — even if you've navigated away from the page.

  1. Go to Settings › You.
  2. Under Notifications, choose one of three modes: Never (no notifications), Only in background (notify when you're not looking at the chat), or Always (notify on every completion).
  3. Click "Send a Test" to confirm notifications are working.

Where: Web › Settings › You › Notifications (browser notification popup). Mac › Settings › You › Notifications (macOS notification centre).

Good to know: on the Mac app, macOS controls whether notifications are shown — if test notifications don't appear, check System Settings › Notifications › AgentSky. Notifications work across all your chats, not just the one currently open.
