Connect iMessage to send tasks to your agent and receive replies as text messages on any Apple device.
- In the Mac app, open the account menu (your name, bottom left) › Message your agents.
- Choose iMessage and follow the setup steps.
- Once connected, you can text your agent's number to start a new chat or continue an existing one.

Good to know: iMessage requires macOS permissions and uses the Messages app on your Mac as the relay. Each message you send starts or continues a chat in your workspace. Replies arrive as standard iMessage texts. Related: Message your agents from any app.
