The Plugins page on your Mac

The Mac Plugins page has Public, Personal and Skills tabs, a search field, Refresh and an Add menu.

Updated November 3, 2026

The Plugins page on the Mac has three tabs — Public, Personal and Skills — with a search field, Refresh and an Add menu above the list.

  • Public and Personal. Public lists plugins from the cloud catalog. Personal holds what runs on this Mac.
  • Skills. Your skills and skill packs are a tab of this page; see What are skills?.
  • Rows. Each plugin has one action at its end: Finish setup while it needs something from you, or the Add button. Plugins use the words Add, Added and Remove.
  • Search and Refresh. Search filters the list as you type; Refresh reloads it.
  • Add. The Add menu adds a custom plugin by its address.
