View all saved browser logins, move them between workspace and private, or remove ones you no longer need.
- Go to Settings › Agents and apps › Browser logins.
- The page lists each saved site alongside its current profile (Workspace or Private).
- To move a login, click the site and choose the other profile.
- To remove a login, click the site and choose Remove.
Private logins stay saved for you, but team tasks do not use them. Moving a login to Workspace makes it available to your teammates.

Good to know: removing a login means the agent will need to sign in again the next time it visits that site. Workspace logins are visible to all members of your workspace — only move a login to Workspace if it is safe to share with your team.
