Open a call note on your Mac to name who spoke, fix a wrong name, or merge two profiles of the same person.
The note lists the voices on the call. Names you save teach AgentSky those voices, so it can recognise those people on later calls.
- Open the call note on your Mac.
- Find the voice, and choose a saved person or New person.
- Type the name, or click one of the people invited to the meeting if they're offered. Then click Save, or Confirm for a name the calendar suggested.
- If the same person has two profiles, choose the person you want to keep and tick Merge the previous voice profile into this person. Changing the person clears the tick, so a merge only happens when you choose it.
If saving fails, the note shows the error and you can try again.
