Call notes are on by default in AgentSky for Mac. Turn off "Keep notes of my calls" if you do not want the app to take notes automatically.
You no longer get a separate "Take notes for this call?" notification. Recording the other side of a call still needs macOS system-audio permission, which macOS requests the first time. The onboarding permissions step explains the default, and the notes stay on your Mac.
- Open Settings › This Mac and find "Keep notes of my calls" under Voice.
- Turn it off if you do not want notes kept for your calls.
