A Claude account turned off by its organization

If a connected Claude account's organization turned off Claude Code on its plan, AgentSky stops using that account and moves your chat to another connected Claude account.

Updated November 3, 2026

Your Claude account says "Turned off by its organization", or a turn ended with subscription_org_disabled.

Cause: a Claude organization can turn off Claude Code on its plan. Every turn on an account signed in to that organization is then refused.

What AgentSky does:

  • Stops using the account for new agents and when moving chats between accounts.
  • If it was your default for new agents, makes your best other connected Claude account the default.
  • Continues the chat on another connected Claude account. If none is left, the chat stops rather than waiting for a reset, unless it is set to continue on credits.

Fix: do one of these in Settings › Billing:

  1. Ask that organization's admin to allow Claude Code, then click Reconnect on the account.
  2. Or choose ⋮ › Remove on the account and connect another Claude account.

Until then, the row shows a warning dot, the words "Turned off by its organization" and a line explaining why. It can't be made the default.

Where: web and Mac, Settings › Billing. API: the account's status is org_disabled in GET /v1/model-subscriptions, and sky auth accounts prints it.
