Each connected plan account has its own row, with its usage and a ⋮ menu for its actions. The web and the Mac app show the same rows.
What each row shows
- The account name and plan, such as "Pro".
- Default, on the account used for new agents.
- Usage. How much is left. Click it to refresh.
- Claude setup tokens don't report usage. The Claude section says so once, beside its heading, and those rows leave usage empty.
- A failed read says "Couldn't read usage", with Retry.
- A broken account says what's wrong beside its name, such as "Needs reconnecting" or "Signed out", with a Reconnect button.
Use the ⋮ menu
- Hover over the row, or move focus to it, and click ⋮.
- Choose an action:
- Make default: use this account for new agents. Cursor accounts don't have this.
- Rename: give the account a new name.
- Reconnect: sign in to the account again. A broken account has this on its row instead.
- Remove: disconnect the account. You confirm first.
Actions an account can't use aren't listed.
To add another account of a plan, use the + beside its name. The key button pastes a credential instead of signing in.
Sign in to ChatGPT with a device code
- Start connecting or reconnecting ChatGPT. If you have no ChatGPT account connected yet, the section says to allow device codes in ChatGPT first.
- The row shows a code in large type. Click it to copy.
- Click Open OpenAI and enter the code there. The row updates on its own once you finish.
- If OpenAI rejects the code, follow "Allow device codes in ChatGPT" on the row, then try again.
Where: Settings › Billing (web and Mac).
