Hover a chat in the rail, click ··· › Archive to move it out of the main list — chats cannot be permanently deleted.
Archiving keeps the chat and all its history intact. It just moves out of the active list. You can restore it at any time.
- Hover the chat name in the left rail.
- Click ··· (three dots) › Archive. Or open the chat, click ··· in the header, and choose Archive.
- To restore: on the web, use the rail filter › Archived; in the Mac app, open Settings › You › Archived chats. Then choose Unarchive.
Where: Web and Mac: left rail ··· menu on any chat, or the chat header ··· menu.
Good to know: there is no permanent delete for chats on AgentSky — archive is the only removal option. Archived chats are still searchable. Related: Search chats and messages, Invite teammates to your workspace.
