Find chats that need you

The Chats filter has a Needs you view; on the web a routine's waiting runs appear as one row.

Updated November 3, 2026

Choose Needs you in the Chats filter to see chats waiting on you.

It includes archived chats, work assigned to you by teammates, helper questions and browser handoffs.

A routine opens a new chat every run. On the web, when several runs of the same routine are waiting, they collapse into one row that opens the newest run; its menu lists each run. On the Mac every run is its own row, with its date.
