Invite your whole team at once — paste up to 200 email addresses and send them all in one go.
Each person receives an invitation link and joins when they click it. People who are already in the workspace are skipped automatically ("Already members: …") and a toast tells you how many were invited.
- Go to Settings › Team › Members, or click Invite people in the account menu.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Copy the invitation link or send it by email.
- Teammates click the link and sign in to join.
