Share an artifact as a private link, with workspace members, or with anyone who has the link.
You choose the access level when you share. Workspace members can always view shared artifacts; you can also create a public link.
- Open the artifact.
- Click Share in the artifact header.
- Set the access level: Private, Can view, or Can edit.
- Copy the link and send it.
Where: Artifact header > Share (web and Mac).
Good to know: only the owner can rename, delete, or change the sharing level of an artifact. Workspace members with Can edit access can make changes; viewers can read and download. To stop sharing, return to the Share dialog and set it back to Private. Related: What are artifacts?, Edit and export an artifact.
