Every artifact except a design system has a private discussion: root comments and replies tied to the version they were written on.
Add feedback and replies with sky artifact comments. A thread can be resolved or reopened with sky artifact comments --resolve or --reopen; MCP has a matching named tool for this. In Mac Files, canonical results have a Discussion action that opens a dialog showing the artifact's name and version, current threads first.
