Create and manage API keys

Create an API key to authenticate requests from your own code to the AgentSky API.

API keys let your scripts and applications call the AgentSky API on your behalf. Each key is tied to your account and can be scoped to a workspace.

How to create a key:

  1. Open Settings › Team › API.
  2. Select API keys.
  3. Click New key.
  4. Give the key a name (for example, "my-automation" or "production").
  5. Copy the key immediately — it is shown only once.

Where: Settings › Team › API (web and Mac). You can also navigate directly to the Developer & API section from the left rail.

How to use a key:

Add it as a bearer token on every API request:

Authorization: Bearer <your-key>

Good to know: Credit earned through connecting apps (connector credit) cannot be spent via API keys — only purchased balance applies to API usage. To revoke a key, return to Settings › Team › API › API keys and delete it. Related: Use the AgentSky API, Read your usage and billing details.
