**Upload a Markdown file to teach your agents a process, standard, or piece of knowledge.**

A skill is a plain Markdown file. Write it the way you would write instructions for a capable colleague — clear steps, context, and examples. Once uploaded, every agent in the workspace can use it immediately.

1. Open Library › Skills.
2. Click Upload files (or More > Upload files).
3. Choose a .md file, a zip archive containing SKILL.md, or a folder.
4. The skill appears in the list and is active immediately.

Where: Library › Skills (web and Mac).

Good to know: skills are workspace-wide — there is no per-agent toggle. To remove a skill, hover it in the list and click Delete. Related: [What are skills?](https://agentsky.dev/help/skills-overview).
