Ask Sky to keep something tracked and you get one live board of every outcome you are waiting for, checked against evidence.
- Tell Sky what to track (for example: "keep a tracking doc of this launch").
- Sky publishes the board. It sits beside your Sky conversation and in Files.
- Your new sessions add their own items when something really changes: a PR opened or merged, a release, a blocker.
- Every 30 minutes a check compares those claims with PRs and what is serving, and corrects them.

Good to know: an item reads "Stated by the agent" until the check confirms it, and only the check closes an item. The check runs on your balance while something is open. People in your workspace can open the board, so keep secrets out of it. Stop it with sky tracking stop <board>, or ask Sky; the board stays. See What are automations?.
