After a chat finishes, the session record shows what the agent produced and whether the task succeeded.
The outcomes section of the session record lists: every artifact the agent created, any external actions it took, and a "did the job" marker based on whether you adopted the result or ran it again.
- Open the chat.
- Click the ··· menu in the chat header.
- Choose View record.
- Look at the Outcomes section.
Where: Chat header › ··· › View record (web).
