# I'm out of credits

**When your balance reaches zero, new chats cannot start — here is how to fix it.**

AgentSky chats cost compute time and model tokens. When your workspace wallet is empty, the agent cannot run. You have three ways to get back up and running.

**Option 1: Top up your balance**

1. Go to Settings › Team › Billing.
2. Choose an amount: $10, $20, $50, or $100.
3. Pay by card (Alipay and WeChat Pay also accepted).

Your balance is available immediately. Where: Settings › Team › Billing › Add credits (web and Mac).

**Option 2: Connect an eligible app (free credits)**

Connecting an eligible app like GitHub or Gmail adds $4 to your balance the first time. You can earn up to $12 this way (three apps at $4 each).

1. Click **Connectors** in the rail or open the Connectors panel.
2. Connect GitHub, Gmail, or another eligible app marked with +$4.

Where: Connectors (web and Mac).

**Option 3: Connect your Claude or ChatGPT plan**

If you have a Claude or ChatGPT subscription, connecting it means model tokens from that plan are $0. You still need some compute balance for the agent pod, but model costs drop to zero.

Where: Settings › Agents and apps › Bring your own subscription.

**Good to know:** Sessions covered by a connected subscription show $0 for model costs. Compute (the agent running) still uses your balance.
