**Workspace memory is a shared document that all agents in the workspace read automatically.**

Write facts, preferences, conventions, or background context here — agents use it in every chat without you having to repeat yourself. All workspace members share the same memory.

There are two tabs: Workspace (shared with everyone in the workspace) and Personal (only you share this with agents).

1. Open Library › Memory.
2. Click the Workspace or Personal tab.
3. Add or edit notes directly in the document.

Where: Library › Memory (web and Mac). API: read and write via the Memory Store API.

Good to know: agents can be given read-only or read-write access to memory; the default is read-only. Related: [Create notes in workspace memory](https://agentsky.dev/help/memory-store), [Team rules and automatic lessons](https://agentsky.dev/help/rules-and-reflection).
