**For meetings you take away from your Mac, a recorder can join as "AgentSky Notetaker", so the meeting still gets a note. This is the optional "Auto-join meetings" requirement of the Meetings plugin.**

- **What it joins.** Zoom, Meet and Teams meetings on your Google Calendar when someone outside the workspace is invited.
- **It is visible.** It appears as "AgentSky Notetaker" to everyone in the call. Calls recorded on your Mac have no bot.
- **Who books it.** The workspace CRM, so it needs a CRM in the workspace.
- **Where the recorder comes from.** AgentSky provides one, or you can use your own Recall connection. If neither is available, the requirement says so.
- **It is optional.** The Meetings plugin and your Mac's own call notes work without it, and it writes the same kind of note.
- **It is billed.** A recording is charged by its recorded time. See [How billing works](https://agentsky.dev/help/billing-how-it-works).
