**Export the full record of a chat — threads, human decisions, and outcomes — as a JSON file.**

The exported record is a structured JSON document. It contains every decision thread, every human approval or rejection, every Arena vote cast, and every observed outcome.

**CLI:**
```
sky task export --harbor
```
Run this in the terminal to export the record of the current session to a local file.

**API:**
`GET /api/v1/sessions/{id}/record` — returns the record as JSON.

`GET /api/v1/sessions/{id}/threads` — returns just the decision threads.

Where: CLI and API only.
