# Delete your account

**To permanently delete your account, contact support@agentsky.dev.**

Account deletion removes all your workspaces, chats, agents, artifacts, files, and billing history. This cannot be undone.

**Before you delete:**

1. Export any data you want to keep:
   - **Billing history**: Settings › Team › Billing › Export usage
   - **Artifacts**: Library › Artifacts — download each one
   - **Files**: Library › Workspace Drive — download what you need
2. Cancel any active auto top-up to avoid future charges: Settings › Team › Billing › Auto top-up > Off.

**How to request deletion:**

Send an email to support@agentsky.dev from the email address on your account. Include the subject "Account deletion request." The team will confirm and process it.

**If you want to delete just a workspace (not your whole account):** Settings › Team › Members › Danger zone — this is available in-app for workspace owners. See [Delete a workspace](https://agentsky.dev/help/delete-a-workspace).

**Good to know:** Deleting your account does not immediately cancel any active sessions that other workspace members are using — those sessions will stop once the account is fully deleted.
