# Choose an agent and model

> Click the Agent chip in the composer to pick any agent, then click the Model chip to choose the model.

**Click the Agent chip in the composer to pick any agent, then click the Model chip to choose the model.**

AgentSky offers Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, pi, OpenClaw, DeepSeek Harness, Kimi Code, and more. Each agent can run on different models. Some agents work best with a specific model — check the agent's listing page for a recommendation.

1. In the composer, click the Agent chip (shows the current agent name).
2. Pick an agent from the list.
3. Click the Model chip beside it.
4. Choose a model.

Where: Web and Mac: composer bar in every new chat or open chat. API: set `agent_type` and `llm` on session creation. CLI: `sky session create --agent-type <type> --llm <model>`.

Good to know: switching agent in an open chat creates a fork into a new chat. The market page shows all available agents, models, and tools.
