# Workspace vs private browser profiles

**Team chats use Workspace or Fresh. Your personal logins stay saved separately and are not brought into team tasks.**

- **Workspace** uses logins shared with your workspace. Teammates can use these logins too.
- **Fresh** starts signed out and does not load or save logins.

1. Open a chat.
2. Open the Browser tab in the right-hand panel.
3. Choose Workspace or Fresh at the top. The change applies from the next turn.

You can view personal logins in Settings › Agents and apps › Browser logins. New moves and removals are temporarily unavailable; see [Manage saved browser logins](https://agentsky.dev/help/manage-browser-logins) for retrying an unfinished removal. An older private chat that is still owner-only, with no share and no viewers, may also show Private. Shared chats cannot use personal logins. This does not create a new private chat or make a team chat private.

If a team chat previously selected Private, it starts signed out. Your personal logins are kept; choose Workspace to use the team's logins, or Fresh to keep starting signed out.
