**Auto top-up refills your balance automatically when it runs low — no manual action needed.**

When auto top-up is on, AgentSky charges your saved card when your balance falls below a threshold and adds the preset credit amount. Your agents keep running without interruption.

1. Open Settings › Team › Billing.
2. Find the Auto top-up section and turn on the toggle.
3. If you do not have a card on file yet, the first top-up will open the card-setup page. After that, auto top-up works automatically.

Where: Settings › Team › Billing (web and Mac).

Good to know: auto top-up only charges a saved credit card — it does not work with Alipay or WeChat Pay. You can turn it off at any time from the same Billing page.
